The Staff was very polite and receptive to my requests. Great quality from Sayra, Moises and Ana from reception. Overall great experience and will surely come back. The Pool and facilities was a great added value. Closeness to shopping malls and downtown was also great.

No complains at all, the venue met all required needs, couldn't recommend more it. The hotel's location was favourable, just next door to Torreon for Christmas, the residential area, and shopping malls and downtown. It also was very close to the airport. Every staff member was excellent and attentive.

I had a very comfortable stay, as the bed and pillows were perfect for a restful night. The staff, from check-in to housekeeping, were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit.

Some areas appear outdated.

It has marvellous location in Torreon short walk to supermarket, and Torreon, Confortable. The building is new and the rooms are reasonably spacious with the bathtub and excellent bedding, for instance.

The local dining scene had me buzzing! I'm still dreaming of the Korean BBQ around the corner and Las Alitas' chicken wings. The staff was cute too.

Now, the hotel could use a little sprucing up, especially the sofa with craters. It still had that warm feel!

Unfortunately, I encountered a cockroach in the shower, but the staff responded swiftly to my report and took care of it. The breakfast options varied, but most dishes lacked flavor, leaving me wishing for something tastier. The hotel's decor appears to be aging, and the lobby furniture could definitely use an upgrade.

The bed was quite comfortable, I mean it's essential for a good night's sleep, and every night I sank right into it! Plus, the breakfast spread had all the essentials, even the coffee was decent, got my day started right.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what you get, it's okay.
